You will need the marketing and expertise of a true professional.Make sure that you home is priced correctly. 90% of homes that didnt sell last year were over-priced. A real estate agent can perform a market analysis for you or hire a local appraiser.Landscaping is very important when it comes to luxury homes. The money that you spend on proper landscaping (dont get fancy) will return 200-300% when you sell.Location, location, location. NO! Chances are that if your home is valued more than 3 times the price of starter homes in your area, then you already have a great location.
