The associations headquarters are in the 60,000 square foot IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum in Dania Beach, Florida.The 2004 championship will highlight IGFAs fifth year in sponsoring a tournament series, The championships was held May 16-22, 2004 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. As a qualifying event, each tournament participant will receive a one-year membership in IGFA. There is no doubt that it will be an exciting event that will attract international interest. The 2003 tournament series attracted a record 89 qualifying tournaments.
