jamie eason's 3-hour diet: set your alarm to weight loss
i'm in the process of getting into shape. i'm not bad off 5'7 and 130. i want to be very lean and toned. muscles like jamie eason or kendra wilkinson. it's been a slow process and i know it doesn't happen over night. but it is getting hard when you don't see a big change.has anyone out there had a body transformation and what steps did you take? how long was the process? what made it smoother?i've recently started exercising myself. i guess i stay motivated because not only do i like the endorphins after a workout, but i wanna look good for the opposite sex. i also like to notice the differences in personaility and mood between people who do exercise/not smoke and people don't exercise and smoke; it makes me feel good. the endorphins are great. – jansen.it really depends on the type of person you are… some of the easiest and cheesiest tricks work wonders… like taking a picture of how you look right now (with as little amount of clothes on as possible) and stand normally; don't suck anything in and try not to have anything in the background…. then get a picture of a body you would like to have (within reason; try a person with the same body type and flesh tone). put them side by side on your bathroom or bedroom mirror… update your picture every week or couple of weeks but never throw away the old pics. (when taking new pics, take it exactly the same way, same clothes, same light, same camera, etc.) good luck, hope this works for you…well, to tell you the truth most of the times it is not about staying motivated, its about if you are motivated at all from the beggining.that's to say that if your motivation comes from wrong protypes(models,tv stars)it is bound to fade away.what really can keeps you exercizing is the desire to find a harmony between your body and mind.don't mind other people ,look for that harmony and motivation is bound to come
